Today :icondailysketchchallenge: is Superman!

The original take on Supes, by creators Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.

I lost so much time trying to decide what direction to go with this one...
A realistic take on Supes? A cartoony one? But then I would lose the fact that it's Joe Shuster's Superman...
Finally I decided on some hybrid cartoony-old school Superman :P

The sketching, the drawing, the retro-coloring... this one took me at least 20 minutes (or more)..
