Her and Darkstalker's Felicia were invented at the exact same time (Samurai Shodown II & Darkstalkers being released in 1994 some months apart) but Cham cham kinda wins some points to me for carrying around her huge friggin' boomerang
In the games she comes from the fictional place "Green Hell" an old forgotten Maya village, so that's pretty close to a Samurai Spirits era Mexico!
Her chara design's pretty neat also!
