Lapis Lazuli used to be a homeworld informant for Blue Diamond, until she became a crystal gem during Season 5. She first appeared as a mirror in the episode, "Mirror Gem", and she is voiced by Jennifer Paz, who was supposed to be the voice for Amethyst. For a large period from Season 1B-3, she was fused with Jasper as Malachite at the bottom of the ocean.
